The Travel A-09 form is currently available in two formats, Microsoft Word and
Adobe Acrobat (PDF). You have the option of using either format. If you need assistance with Adobe
Acrobat please see Adobe Acrobat FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). The Adobe Acrobat forms look the
same as the Microsoft Word forms. The Acrobat A-03 Travel form will calculate and generate all totals
on the form and automatically generate the Travel document number and add the number to the form.
